- We ship worldwide from the UK.

- All prices shown at checkout are inclusive of VAT where applicable. International orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.

- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

Note: International delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

 

- RETURNS -

 

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

 

How to Return

- Contact us at returns@zallin.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.

- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

- You have 14 days from notifying us to send the item(s) back.

- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This helps us manage costs and keep prices fair.

 

Important: Return labels are not included automatically in parcels. We provide them on request to ensure correct handling, manage international returns, and avoid unnecessary costs.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

- Unworn and unwashed

- With all original tags attached

- In original packaging where possible

 

Items that cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons):

- Underwear and swimwear that has been opened or tried on

- Custom-made or personalized items

 

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

- Refunds are issued via your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

- Contact us immediately at returns@zallin.uk with photos of the issue.

- We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.

- Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty or damaged items.

 

International Returns

- International returns may incur higher shipping costs depending on the courier and destination country.

- We will provide prepaid return labels on request after your return is approved.

- Please contact us before sending items back to ensure smooth customs handling.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return for a refund and place a new order.
