You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed.
To cancel or make changes, contact us immediately at sales@zallin.uk with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned as per our returns policy.
I didn't receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
Order confirmations are sent to the email address you provided at checkout from sales@zallin.uk.
If you haven't received a confirmation within a few hours:
We ship worldwide to any destination serviced by our courier partner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, contact us at sales@zallin.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. The exact cost depends on your location and the courier service used.
When you request a return, we will provide a prepaid label and confirm the return shipping cost before you send the item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.
Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
